I have been building software since 2014. The lesson that keeps returning is simple: good code only solves part of the problem. The technology, the people operating it, and the customer journey have to make sense together.

I learned that through independent engineering, early ventures, and leading engineering for a commercial insurance platform. The work has covered cloud systems, full-stack products, integrations, retail operations, document intelligence, and applied AI.

I do my best work with founders and teams who have a meaningful problem, real constraints, and the appetite to make careful decisions without dragging them out. That work spans teams in the US, UK, and Middle East, usually across product, operations, and engineering.
